1. Data Collected

MusicBoxd collects the following data:

• Email address — for account creation
• Username — chosen by the user
• Spotify listening history — only if you connect your Spotify account
• Ratings and reviews — voluntarily published by the user
• Private messages — exchanged between users via the app

2. Use of Data

Data is used exclusively to operate social features, generate personal statistics, and enable communication between users. We do not sell any personal data to third parties.

3. Data Storage

Data is stored on Google Firebase (Firestore and Authentication). Google LLC acts as a data processor in compliance with GDPR.

4. Spotify Connection

If you connect your Spotify account, the app only accesses data authorized by the OAuth scopes you accept. You can revoke this access from your Spotify account settings.

5. Your Rights (GDPR)

6. Cookies and Trackers

The app does not use cookies. No advertising tracker is integrated.

7. Minors

The app is intended for users aged 13 and older.
